We have received so many wonderful notes and kind words that the music for this season
was the best they have heard from the chorus. Our director Jerry works hard every season to diversify

Great News!
This Sunday the community chorus will be singing the National Anthem at
the Milwaukee Wave Soccer Game. The games are played at the U.S. Cellular
Arena at 400 West Kilbourn Ave Downtown Milwaukee.
The game starts at 2:00pm.
So if want to see a great game and a great chorus perform please come down
and see us!!

December 22 Our Christmas Season As our 2007 Christmas Season has ended for the chorus. We would like to thank Everyone that came to our performances. It's amazing to have such a wonderful audience and the support of family, friends and our extended friends, our audience! We have the Best audience a chorus could ever ask for! The performances we had at our church were sold out for both days, even with the snow filled weather!
We hope that we will see you in 2008 for our Spring Performances. I will be listing information when our rehearsals will be starting. We are looking for people to join the chorus. If you need information about auditions and how the chorus works behind the scenes, please email the chorus. We do ask that if you would like to join please join no later than October 2nd this will be our fourth rehearsal for the Christmas season and new members will not be accepted due to the limited amount of time to learn the music for our performances. However you are more than welcome to see us perform and always join our 2008 Spring Season!
The history of our Chorus Welcome to the Community Chorus website!
Here is a some backround history of our 27yrs old chorus...
The community chorus was founded in 1980 as an avenue for area singers to come together to share their gifts of music with the neighboring communities.
At the time it was founded, a large percentage of the chorus members were also members of the Emanuel Church, Hales Corners, and requested the use of its fellowship hall and sanctuary for rehearsal space and public concerts. A long and satisfying relationship was formed which still exists today!
The Community Chorus is a mixed chorus of 60-70 men and women who sing four part harmony. We feature individial talent through solo work, ensembles, etc. We are a dedicated group of adults who give a commitment of time and talent to the chorus and the community at large through public appearances and community service sing-outs. The ages of our members varies and we welcome anyone who enjoys singing and creating new friendships and of course performing wonderful music.
